Our server room AC system started to blow hot air. We needed a solution quickly. Matt from R&R came out to assess the situation and provide a quote as I assumed that we would have to change some major portion of the system. He was helpful in informing us that our unit that we did not purchase from them may still be under warranty if certain parts needed to be replaced. R&R sent their tech, Bradley, to diagnose the unit to see if it could be repaired. A leak was found. R&R had checked with the manufacturer, Carrier, and the unit was eligible to have the motor portion replaced. Our unit was filled with refrigerant by R&R so that our server room would not overheat. A few days later, they returned and performed a swap out of the head of our AC unit. They saved our servers and money with their experience/thoughtfulness as we were only responsible for labor charges. We would use again and highly recommend.

They sent Joel, who is very skilled and a great technician. Although he was only scheduled to look at one unit, he was also able to look at another one last minute. He communicated with Mary the whole time. Joel was able to explain what the problem was and got both units up and running the same day! Our residents were happy not having to wait another day for this to be resolved.

I work at Alcon in Belmont. Our half a million dollar machine was down and we needed it back online ASAP. David from R&R was great. The problem we were struggling with turned out to not have anything to do with our chiller unit as we thought, but originated from our 5-axis CNC itself. Even though David wasn't familiar with it, he found the source of the problem, which we had missed (on our own machine). He was patient with me asking questions and looking over his shoulder, and even when it seemed to point to it being a non-chiller issue, he was still trying to figure it out, instead of calling it and leaving. R&R will definitely be our first call if we have any problems with our many cooling units.
