Block Ice:

Penguin Ice Company offers 10 lb blocks of compressed ice. We use the same premium ice to make our Block Ice that we put into our party ice bags. 

In order to ensure our customers get the best compressed block possible, we run our ice though a crusher before we put it in the block press.  This process ensures our customers receive a rock hard block that will last a long time.

Additionally, our compressed ice blocks have a unique shape that is more flat than the traditional compressed ice block.  This flat shape allows the block to fit continently the base of a camping cooler, which aids in its cooling ability and the ease with which you can store food around it.
