Penguin Ice Company has jumped on the fast track…to become the premier Ice Manufacturer and Distributor in the Bay Area. And in pursuit of our vision, we have found it is imperative to harness the energy and enthusiasm of our team members. In other words, we needed an action plan (a mission), to make certain we are all pulling in the same direction.
Our mission is possible only with the right team on board. We make every effort to hire only individuals, who both fit with, and share, Penguin Ice Company’s core values.

Our mission is to satisfy our customers' needs by providing a quality product, in a cost-effective manner, on time, and with a smile.

To accomplish our Mission, we must strive to be the most cost-effective service provider in our area of operation by continuously improving our processes, systems and skills.
